DOGWOOD TRAIL COURT - Fairhope High School Junior and Senior girls vie for Queen and Court of Dogwood Trail festivities. The Dogwood Trail is a permanently marked route through the towns of Daphne, Montrose, and Fairhope where dogwood blooms profusely.

FESTA ITALIANA - Daphne. Held on Sunday during the Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival, the Festa pays homage to the Italian families who settled Daphne in the 19th century. Sponsor: Christ the King Catholic Church.
BELLINGRATH GARDENS - Flower Show. Spring flowers including but not limited to lilies, tulips, daffodils, hyacinths, Iris, dogwood, mountain laurel, spirea, etc.
ANNUAL ALABAMA INVITATIONAL ANTIQUE AUTO SHOW AND SPRING FESTIVAL - Gulf Shores. Events include a parade, luaus, fish frys, flea market, costume contest, golf and many more.
DAUPHIN ISLAND YACHT RACE - Fairhope and Dauphin Island. Over 200 sailing yachts leave Fairhope to race 22 miles south to Dauphin Island.
MOBILE JAZZ FESTIVAL PRESENTS THE ALL-AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL JAZZ BAND FESTIVAL - Mobile Municipal Auditorium Theater. Participants are winners from eight regional festivals held throughout the country.
AMERICA'S YOUNG WOMAN OF THE YEAR PAGEANT FINALS - Municipal Auditorium. High school senior girls from all 50 states compete in a week-long pageant for the title of America's Junior Miss, as well as thousands of dollars in educational scholarships. Nationally televised.

ALABAMA DEEP SEA FISHING RODEO - Dauphin Island. Weekend deep-sea fishing competition in waters known as the "tarpon crossroads of America."
ALABAMA BIG GAME FISHING TOURNAMENT- Gulf Shores. A weekend for fishermen! Gulf Shores offers a captain's purse and trophies for the winners which will be awarded at the annual banquet.
MOBILE JAZZ FESTIVAL - Greater Gulf State Fair Grounds. Nationally known jazz greats perform during a day-long festival.
