ORDER INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED:

1. CORRECT ADDRESSING:
   PRINT, TYPE OR WRITE plainly to avoid errors. Be certain all addresses are current, include suite and apartment numbers. UPS charges us $5.00 extra for each address correction. We will have to pass this cost on to the customer. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
2. SHIPPING:
   Total the order for each shipping address, then determine shipping charges for each address from the chart on the order form.
   • Orders shipped to Western and Northwestern states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, add .50 extra per pound.
   • Canada, all Europe and Asia, APO & FPO - call for prices.
   • No C.O.D. Orders
3. ORDER EARLY:
   Specify shipping date if you do not want immediate shipment. Don't cut it too close during the holiday rush season. If using a credit card we will not process card until date of shipment.
4. GIFT CARDS:
   are provided with each gift and inscribed according to your instructions. Your own personal or business cards will be used if enclosed with order.
