COVID-19 Response

Our associates are our greatest asset and their safety, health, and wellness, as well as that of their families, is our top priority. The support we offer to our associates is an important part of our vision to be a great place to work and the employer of choice in the Green Industry.

During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we implemented policies and practices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our associates and their families. In 2021, we once again provided meaningful bonuses to our frontline associates to recognize their outstanding contributions to our success in the face of unprecedented challenges.
