Existing Customers

If you’re an existing SiteOne customer, we may have already set up an online account for you. To confirm your online account status, please select "Forgot password" on the login page and then enter your email address. If you have an existing online account, we’ll send you an email with a link to set-up a password for the new site.

If the email address you provide is not in our system, you won’t receive an email to reset your password.

In this case, please complete this form, and we’ll send you a link to set up your password using the email address you provide. Your email address will be your username.

Viewing and Redeeming Partners Points

  1. Log-in here to your SiteOne.com account.
  2. In the upper right corner of the page, click the drop down arrow beside your name and select My Account.
  3. Scroll to My Company Info on the left side of the page and select Partner Points.
  4. Click the green box that says Redeem Partners Points. 

You must be set up as the Partners Program Administrator in our system to be able to redeem points.  If you click on the Redeem Partners Points link and receive an error message, please contact us at program@siteone.com or 800.SiteOne Ext 4.

New Customers

If you do not currently have a SiteOne account, please request an online account, and we’ll contact you to set up your SiteOne customer account.
