If you’re an existing SiteOne customer, we may have already set up an online account for you. To confirm your online account status, please select "Forgot password" on the login page and then enter your email address. If you have an existing online account, we’ll send you an email with a link to set-up a password for the new site.
If the email address you provide is not in our system, you won’t receive an email to reset your password.
In this case, please complete this form, and we’ll send you a link to set up your password using the email address you provide. Your email address will be your username.
Redeeming Partners Points
- Log-in here to your SiteOne.com account.
- Click on My Account Dashboard.
- Search for My Company Info left side of the page towards the bottom.
- Select Partners Points.
- Click on Redeem Partners Points link. This will take you directly to the redemption portal. (Note, if you click on the link and it does nothing that is a browser permission issue. Go into your settings and allow for pop ups.)
You must be set up as the Partners Points Redemption Manager in our system to be able to redeem points. If you click on the Redeem Partners Points link and receive an error message, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll review your account and let you know of next steps.
Points redemption deadline extension and system maintenance
This year only, we have extended the deadline to redeem points from December 31, 2018 to February 28, 2019. Additionally, between January 1-3, 2019, our points redemption system will be down for maintenance. You will not be able to redeem points during this time. SiteOne offices will be closed December 24-25 and January 1.
