Description

Juniperus Chinensis Chinese Juniper is an evergreen tree with a conical, spreading, upright growth habit. It is perfect for landscape use, depending on the form and size of the cultivar. Chinese Juniper has dark green leaves that are needle-like when young and scale-like when adult. The tree is best grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils, and full sun. Male trees produce catkin-like pollen cones. The female trees produce fleshy, berry-like, whitish-blue seed cones that usually mature to achieve violet-brown tones.
