Description

Vaccinium Corymbosum Chippewa Blueberry is a deciduous fruit shrub that thrives in full sun to partial shade and acidic soils. Chippewa Blueberry bears white, pink, or red bell-shaped blooms in late spring. The blooms give way to berries in late summer. The foliage of Chippewa Blueberry exudes orange-red tones in autumn. The berries emerge as green, change to reddish-purple, and turn dark purple on ripening. The upright shrub fits well in containers. For a good harvest, ensure you have a second northern highbush blueberry variety.
