The Buxus sinica var. insularis NewGen® ‘RLH-BI’ Liberty Belle™ Boxwood is a compact, evergreen shrub renowned for its exceptional resistance to boxwood blight and leafminer pests. Bred by Robert Head in Seneca, South Carolina, and introduced by Saunders Genetics, this cultivar features a low, spreading, billowing form with glossy, deep green foliage that maintains its color throughout the year. Its petite size and adaptability to shade make it ideal for small gardens, containers, and low hedges. In recognition of its superior qualities, Liberty Belle™ received the Retailers' Choice Award at the 2023 Farwest Show.
