Copper Flame™ Distylium (Distylium ‘CG-46-22’) is a compact, broadleaf evergreen shrub selected for its rich copper-red new growth that matures to deep green and layered dense branching, making it ideal for foundation plantings, hedges or year-round structure in the landscape. It is a hybrid in the witch-hazel family (Hamamelidaceae) developed for superior heat, drought and clay-soil tolerance, and shows excellent resistance to deer, rabbits and pests.
