LESCO 28-0-12 Turf Fertilizer is a professional-grade granular formulation designed for use with rotary spreaders on actively growing turfgrass. With a high nitrogen content (28%) and 12% potassium, this fertilizer supports vigorous growth and enhanced stress tolerance. It contains 50% of its nitrogen from PolyPlus® OPTI™, a controlled-release polymer-coated urea technology engineered to release nutrients gradually for uniform feeding over time, reducing surge growth and minimizing leaching. The addition of 3% iron (Fe) promotes deep green color and turf quality without excessive top growth. The product covers up to 14,000 square feet per 50 lb. bag and is ideal for use in regular turf maintenance programs.
