Dates: This SiteOne Landscape Supply NPS Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is valid from 12:00 am EST June 1,  2022 ("Game-Start") through 12:00 am EST August 31, 2022 ("Game-End") (the “Promotion Period”).  The Promotion consists of three (3) separate monthly sweepstakes.  

Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Employees, directors, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or members of households of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries and any other entities involved in the development, administration, promotion or implantation of the Promotion (“Promotion Entities”), and members of those persons families and/or persons living in the same households as these persons are not eligible to enter or win a prize in the Promotion. The winner of any prize shall be responsible for reporting and payment of any and all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes, based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules, and any other charges or fees that may arise from the transfer of any prize. By entering this Promotion, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, in all respects. This Contest is void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories and Possessions, and otherwise where prohibited by law, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Methods of Entry:  An entrant may enter using one (1) of the following two (2) methods of entry.  Regardless of the method of entry, an entrant may only enter the Promotion a maximum of four (4) entries per entrant.

1.    Entry Method 1: After completing a transaction (including a purchase or return) at a SiteOne branch location, the customer will receive an invitation to participate in a NPS survey (“Survey”).  The customer will receive the Survey either by (i) if SiteOne has the customer’s email on file, the customer will be emailed a weblink to click-through and complete the Survey or (ii) a QR code printed on the customer’s invoice which the customer can scan to be directed to the Survey URL.  After completing the Survey, the customer will be asked if he or she wishes to enter the Promotion.  The customer will be asked about entering the Promotion regardless of the content of his/her Survey responses.  If the customer is an eligible entrant and wishes to participate in the Promotion, he or she must enter the requested registration information to receive one (1) entry into the current Promotion Period.  

2.    Entry Method 2 (alternative method of entry): This entry method is for those who have not made a purchase or other transaction.  At a SiteOne branch location, the customer will receive an invitation to participate in a Survey.  The customer will receive the Survey by scanning a QR code that is prominently displayed on in-branch signage and/or collateral. After completing the Survey, the customer will be asked if he or she wishes to enter the Promotion.  The customer will be asked about entering the Promotion regardless of the content of his/her Survey responses.  If the customer is an eligible entrant and wishes to participate in the Promotion, he or she must enter the requested registration information to receive one (1) entry into the current Promotion Period.  You may also enter the Promotion by mail as follows: On a plain index card, legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, date of birth, complete address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address (if any) and mail your completed card to Sponsor at 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 600 Roswell, Georgia 30076, Attn: Marketing – NPS Sweepstakes. To be eligible for the Promotion, Sponsor must receive your entry at least two (2) business days before the Promotion Game-End. Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries. 

Winner Selection:  Prize Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries once per month during the Promotion Period.  Winners will be selected on or around the fourth Friday of each month.  The random drawing will be conducted by the Promotion’s administrator, Ducker Research NA, LLC (“Administrator”).  Administrator will select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.  Winner will be notified as provided under “Notification and Awarding of Prize” below.  If the winner of the prize cannot accept the prize, in whole or in part, for any reason, the whole prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.  Entries will not be carried over from one Promotion Period to the next Promotion Period.  

Notification and Awarding of Prize: Each winner will be notified by email, mail, or telephone within five (5) days following selection of the winner. If a winner fails to respond to the initial notification within ten (10) business days, the potential winner will forfeit any claim to a Prize, and Sponsor may at its discretion award the Prize to an alternate winner (using the same selection process as before).  Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive any notification.  Sponsor reserves the right to not award a Prize if a winner does not respond in a timely manner to the notification sent by Sponsor. If applicable, the winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (except where prohibited by law) within thirty (30) days of notification in order to claim the prize. The winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be complete. The winner's social security number may be required solely to verify eligibility and for tax reporting purposes. The information in the winner's Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct or the winner is disqualified. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to timely return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release, or if the Prize Notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. By participation in this Promotion, except where prohibited by law, each winner grants Sponsor and its affiliated companies the right to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, and written or oral statements for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in any media, including, but not limited to, online, without additional compensation or further notification, permission, or consideration. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use of any and every nature and kind.

Prizes: Each winner of this Promotion (the “Winner”) will receive:

•    A $50 prepaid card 

The actual prizes may differ at the time of prize award and the specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No prize transfers, assignments, cash equivalents, or substitutions will be allowed.

Odds:  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual because Sponsor has determined such individual: has his or her eligibility in question; has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website; has acted in violation of the Official Rules; has acted in violation of the terms of use of the website by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated entry programs); or has acted in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass Sponsor or any other person.

Liability: By entering this Promotion or accepting the prize, all participants release, indemnify, and hold harmless, including costs and reasonable attorneys' fees, SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc., its suppliers, successors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and marketing agencies, attorneys, and all their respective shareholders, directors, officers, and employees, one and all, from all claims, actions, expenses and liability (including attorneys’ fees and costs) due to injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including death, caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the use, misuse, receipt, acceptance, or possession of the prize, or participation in this Promotion. Prize winners waive the right (1) to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and (2) to any liability claim which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem the prize. Sponsor (i) makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize; and (ii) disclaims any implied warranty, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. If any provision of this Promotion shall be deemed to violate any federal, state, or municipal law, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, garbled or stolen entries, unavailable network connections or transmissions, or problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. All entries are the property of Sponsor and no entries will be acknowledged or returned.

Sponsor, prize suppliers, and all production agencies shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible if Promotion cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of nature, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism, or any other action beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Governing Law: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prizes awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be subject to the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Fulton County, Georgia. Entrant agrees that any and all claims, judgments, and awards granted to him or her shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, and shall not include consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' fees.

Entries: All entries submitted will belong exclusively to Sponsor. Sponsor shall have the right to use, assign or dispose of entries however it sees fit without approval of or compensation to entrants or any third parties. Sponsor has the right, but not the obligation, to use the entries submitted in this Promotion. Entrants will have no right of review or approval of how their Survey responses will be used by Sponsor and shall not receive any compensation or credit for use of their entries other than that which is disclosed in these Official Contest Rules. 

Winners List:  To obtain a copy of the list of Winners or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to SiteOne Landscape Supply, 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 600 Roswell, Georgia 30076, Attn: Marketing – NPS Sweepstakes.  Requests must be received no later than thirty days following the Game-End.

The sponsor of this Promotion is SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc., 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 600 Roswell, Georgia 30076. Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to discontinue this Promotion or modify these Official Rules without prior notification. 

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize. Void where prohibited by law.
