Easy Branch Returns
Online purchases may be returned to any SiteOne Branch within 30 days of purchase, with payment receipt. If your item arrives damaged, doesn't match the listing description, or you’ve changed your mind and no longer need the item, you may return it to any SiteOne Branch for a full refund. The return must be unused and in sellable condition, with the exception of carrier damage. Special Order items may incur a 25% restocking fee.
