The Double Scoop™ “Deluxe” series of Echinacea hybrida combines the charming double-petaled blooms of the popular Double Scoop line with the improved branching, flower count, and reliable early-season flowering reminiscent of the Sombrero® series, making it more compact and garden-ready. Cultivars like Raspberry, Strawberry, and Watermelon Deluxe offer hot- or strawberry‑red pom‑pom flowers that resist bleaching in heat and perform uniformly. Cold hardy from USDA zones 4a to 9b and tolerant of heat, drought, and deer, these perennials deliver bold summer color, attract bees, butterflies, and birds, and are excellent for borders, containers, and cut or dried flower use.
