Acer Palmatum var. Dissectum Ornatum Cutleaf Japanese Maple is a slow-growing, deciduous tree with upright growth. Ornatum Cutleaf Japanese Maple is covered in white flowers during spring that gives way to pomes. It has colorful foliage that emerges bronze-red in spring, turns bronze-green in summer, and eventually turns crimson-red in fall. The leaves are delicate, ferny, and lace-like, with very long, thin lobes that are further dissected into sub-lobes. This ornamental tree is a great choice for beds, borders, and container plantings. Ornatum Cutleaf Japanese Maple grows best in evenly moist soils under full to partial exposure.
