This dual-function product delivers 18-0-4 nutrition with 30% controlled-release nitrogen via PolyPlus OPTI45® polymer-coated urea, enabling slow, consistent nutrient availability for up to 45 days. Ideal for golf courses, parks, lawns, and commercial turf areas, it promotes weed suppression while feeding turf efficiently without excessive growth surges.
