Passiflora × Riverside® 'Snow Queen' is a striking passion vine celebrated for its large, pure white flowers and vigorous climbing habit. Bred in 2007 by Myles Stewart Irvine in Surbiton, Surrey, UK, this hybrid is a cross between Passiflora 'White Wedding' and an unnamed P. caerulea seedling, combining the hardiness of its male parent with the floral elegance of its female lineage . The plant's luminous blooms, measuring up to 12 cm across, are adorned with long, pointed filaments and emit a sweet fragrance, making them a magnet for pollinators . 'Snow Queen' has garnered acclaim, notably winning the Best New Climber award at the 2017 National Plant Show . Its robust growth and ornamental appeal make it a valuable addition to gardens, especially in warmer climates.
