Prunus Fruticosa X Cerasus Juliet Dwarf Cherry

Prunus fruticosa x cerasus 'Juliet' is a dwarf cherry tree celebrated for its compact size and abundant fruit production. This cultivar typically forms a small, rounded canopy but can also be maintained as a large shrub hedge. In early spring it is adorned with clusters of fragrant white blossoms, followed by glossy, green, serrated leaves. 'Juliet' produces an abundance of medium-sized, dark red cherries with a sweet, tart flavor. The cherries are ideal for fresh eating, baking, or preserving and bear fruit in August. Despite its small stature, this tree is known for its high fruit yield, ease of harvest and transportability. Prefers full sun, but can tolerate light shade and average moisture, well drained soil. Requires a pollinator.
