Tillandsia araujei × stricta is an epiphytic air plant hybrid between T. araujei and T. stricta, combining the compact form of stricta with the tall, branching stem of araujei. It bears whitish flowers, and in its parentage, araujei is endemic to high-altitude Brazilian habitats (2,500–3,000 m), featuring rigid pine‑needle leaves and salmon to rose inflorescences with white petals . The plant thrives when mounted or hung, displaying curling growth toward light, and enjoys bright indirect light, excellent air circulation, and periodic soaking (every 1–2 weeks).
