Description

Hesperocyparis arizonica var. glabra ‘GRECQF’ (Quick Frost™ Arizona Cypress) is a striking evergreen conifer selected for its consistently silvery-blue foliage and upright pyramidal form. This cultivar is an improved, disease-resistant version of smooth-barked Arizona cypress, retaining its glaucous leaf color year-round and combining ornamental appeal with structural use as a specimen, screen, or windbreak. It is valued for its adaptability, including drought and heat tolerance once established, and its relatively rapid growth to a mature size of approximately 30–35 ft tall and 15–20 ft wide. The selection is sold under the Garden Debut® brand and is patented for propagation control.
