Description

Buddleia Davidii var. Nanhoensis Nanho Blue Butterfly Bush is a mauve-blue flowering variety. It is a deciduous shrub with an arching, spreading habit that can reach heights of 5 to 10 feet and 3-5 feet, respectively, if left untrimmed in the late winter. It has willowy gray-green foliage and blooms from June to September and occasionally until the first frost. The flowers are spike-like terminal clusters of fragrant dark mauve. Nanho Blue Butterfly Bush grows best in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun and is ideal for fresh-cut flowers.
