Description

Lonicera Periclymenum Honeysuckle is best grown in full sun, dappled sun, or partial shade and moist, well-drained soils. Honeysuckle bears simple, shiny, dark green leaves with a yellowish-green vein down the middle on the upper side. It also produces deep red berries that ripen in September. In spring and sporadically through the summer, spikes of aromatic, lipped, tubular flowers appear. The blooms open ivory with purple tinges. The climbing vine is effective for borders, slopes, and woodlands.
