Resellers are excluded from Agency Termidor termiticide/insecticide purchases. All Agency Termidor termiticide/insecticide, Trelona ATBS Annual Bait Stations, and Advance Termite Bait Stations are sold on behalf of BASF; Agency products must be purchased from a BASF PCS Authorized Agent and invoiced between October 1, 2023, and October 31, 2023. For Agency products, Qualified End-User will receive payment terms through March 19, 2024. Qualified End-User account must be in good credit standing to receive terms. Terms are given at the discretion of the Agents. All Agency sales are final. All Non-Agency Products must be purchased from a BASF PCS Authorized Distributor and invoiced between October 1, 2023, and October 31, 2023. Qualified End-User sale price and terms for all Non-Agency Products are determined by the Authorized Distributor. BASF PCS Authorized Distributor participation for Non-Agency Products may vary. All products may not be registered for use in all states. Please check with your distributor, state, or local extension service for details.
