Whether in temporary or long-term dry conditions, many types of plants can benefit from an anti-desiccant spray. These products work much like an antiperspirant for humans, reducing the amount of water released through the stems and leaves so more goes towards growth. Using them helps plants adapt better when temperatures are high and water access is limited.

We offer all three types of anti-desiccants:
  • Film-forming antidesiccant sprays create a physical barrier to stop transpiration.
  • Metabolic sprays partially close the stoma pore to reduce transpiration rates.
  • Reflective sprays reflect the sun’s rays to lower the plant’s temperature.
