A wetting agent is a specific type of soil surfactant that helps the soil absorb more water and distribute it more efficiently. Soils with a high sand content or that have been subject to extended dry periods are less absorbent, which can lead to lower plant performance, flooding and erosion. By getting a wetting agent for soil, you can substantially improve the water intake, giving your clients more beautiful landscapes even in drier environments.

We offer a variety of soil-wetter formulas for residential lawns, golf courses, road medians and other applications. There are three primary lawn-wetting agent types. A horizontal wetter spreads more water over the surface for absorption, a vertical wetter physically forces water into the soil and a multi-function wetter combines these effects.
